Special Needs Adaptations

Unexpected circumstances resulting from injury, ill health or special needs, may require that an existing building be adapted to suit the occupiers particular needs.. This may simply involve the improvement of access into and within the building or the redesign of a kitchen or bathroom.

Sometimes the works will involve the creation of a new unit of accommodation with specialist facilities and equipment. 

The design will make full provision for the space requirements necessary to suit the intended occupier.
