Selecting a new home is a very personal decision and the purpose of a survey is to provide you with an objective and independent assessment of the property. It will hopefully give you the assurance that your choice is the right one but, if defects are present of which you are not already aware it will allow you to factor them into your decision process.
Client's requirements vary and each property is different. For that reason, all our Reports are tailored especially to suit the individual client’s needs. We like to identify whether you have any particular concerns or future proposals for the property such as an extension so that the Report fully covers any issue that is relevant to you personally.
Once you have read the Report and you have had time to peruse the detail, we encourage you to give us a call to discuss further or alternatively, if there is any aspect that you need explaining or just generally want to chat about the property we are available at the end of the phone.

Our very popular LEVEL 3 BUILDING SURVEY report has been highly commended by our clients over
the years and the many returning customers to our service. Every report is personalised to suit your individual requirements and the property we are Surveying. This gives you a unique balance between
the formality of the report and the detail provided to you as a client.
Prior to the Survey, our team will contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your purchase and any concerns / plans you have with the property.
We will then produce the report and include a number of additional details specific to the property you are purchasing.
Surveys are prepared inhouse and will be available to you within two to three
days of the Survey being undertaken.
All Surveys are provided directly to
you.
When the Survey is ready for release, a PDF copy of the Survey will be sent to your chosen email address complete with a receipted invoice.
(We can provide 'Hard Copies' of the report or invoices on request).
Personalised Service to ALL
CLIENTS:
When you have had chance to read the Survey Report provided by us, our Surveyors will be happy
to discuss the Survey with you directly (either by email or telephone) to assist with any technical matters or provide general advice about the findings.
