Edwards Milsom & Company can assist and produce Expert Witness Reports for individuals, companies or members of the public in litigation matters.  

We carry out Local Authority Housing Disrepair reports. All of our work is CPR compliant. 

We are approved HHSRS assessors under the Housing act 2004.
(Housing Health and Safety Rating System). 

We have assisted the courts by producing Expert Witness Reports with appearances in both the

Civil and Criminal Courts.

Our Reports are prepared for the individual parties or in the role as a 'Single Joint Expert'.

We have been appointed by the Court as an Assessor.
